MAXAT PWO contains only natural ingredients that occur in food, although in small amounts, making it difficult to achieve the stated amount per dose on your own through diet alone. Below are the benefits of each ingredient:

L-Citrulline: Contributes to increased production of nitric oxide, which has a vasodilating effect, which in turn leads to improved blood flow, increased pump and reduced muscle fatigue. Unfortunately, the majority of PWOs on the Swedish market use citrulline malate, which reduces the actual effect of citrulline as much more is required to achieve the effective dose. MAXAT PWO contains pure L-Citrulline, free from malate. Citrulline is naturally found in watermelon.

Beta-Alanine: Buffers and delays the accumulation of lactic acid, which prolongs endurance. For inexperienced users, a tingling sensation may occur 10 minutes after ingestion, which is harmless and transient. After a few uses, this sensation tends to disappear. Beta-Alanine is a naturally occurring amino acid.

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that plays a key role in the production of several important neurotransmitters in the brain, including dopamine. Dopamine is often described as the 'motivation molecule' and gives the body a sense of drive and desire to pursue more of the activity you are engaged in. L-tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine, meaning the body uses it as a building block to create dopamine.
