Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

If a seal or protective packaging has been broken, the item is non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maxatnordic.se, including photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
