Terms of service

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT. A VAT rate of 12% applies to food products and dietary supplements, and 25% applies to other goods such as training accessories. The VAT may vary slightly depending on the EU country that the order is placed from. 

To make a purchase from MAXAT Nordic, the customer must be of legal age or have parental consent. This verification is not carried out by MAXAT Nordic, and the responsibility to ensure compliance rests with the customer and their legal guardian.

The customer is always responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate.
